The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations. They acquire and maintain knowledge of the products represented. They prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies. They intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner, maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with the job requirements.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company may change the role based on business or client needs.
This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed. Individuals will be expected to follow any other job‑related instructions and perform other tasks as directed by management.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
The associate will be regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms up to 65 inches overhead, talk and hear, read instructions, stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up ladders, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden, prepare foods and beverages using appliances, and be in contact with cleaning supplies.

Professional appearance and proper grooming are required. The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are in training documents.
English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
