This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through tastings, sampling, or demonstrations. Customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, brand ambassador, or brand advocate experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and communicate key product points
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving)
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles)
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays and weekdays also available
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on work days
• Ability to safely operate appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate)
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event
• No high school or college degree required; all experience levels welcome, including military service. Training provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated areas, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
