Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations for our client brands. You will learn product details, engage shoppers, and demonstrate features to drive interest and sales.
The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with on-site retail environment responsibilities and strict adherence to brand standards and safety protocols. Strong communication and a professional appearance are essential.
The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations. The role includes acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment and supplies, intercepting consumers to provide professional demonstrations, and maintaining an overall professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company retains discretion to adjust the role based on business or client needs.

Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A local food handler’s permit may be required.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand and walk for the shift; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms up to 65 inches; talk and hear; read instructions and perform events; stoop, kneel, squat; climb or step up a ladder; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies and product; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances such as cooking utensils, knives, convection oven, coffee maker, electric fryer, and microwaves; be in contact with cleaning supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming. The associate must present a neat, clean, and appropriately groomed appearance. Specific retailer dress code requirements are included in training documents.
Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
