This part-time role involves sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators introduce customers to new items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. Experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stock handling, or brand advocacy is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers and communicating key product points
• Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements during sample preparation (cooking, processing, plating, serving)
• Working with the team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old (18+ for alcohol and production roles)
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) preferred; holidays and weekdays also available
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on work days
• Ability to safely use appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate)
• Ability to stand for the duration of the event
• Open to applicants without a high school or college degree, with no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience. Comprehensive training provided.

Work Environment

Moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery environment. Some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
