Advantage Solutions is seeking energetic individuals to join our retail team in Minnesota. You will engage customers, support live event activations, and sample products to shoppers where they live and shop. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

Earn $18.75 per hour with opportunities for additional hours. This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working 2–3 shifts weekly including weekends.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life at live events and sampling.
• Work at retail locations, cooking or preparing food areas, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Support team with event setup, participation, and breakdown.
