Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training, and presentation, ensuring superb service to all Club members and coordinating with warehouse managers and vendors.

This role includes participation in new location grand openings. The position is full-time with a set Tue–Sat schedule and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company; or a mix of supplier- and client-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support development of governance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
