Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members in Kansas City, MO on-site. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers through accurate picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in Kansas City, Missouri, on a NON-SMOKING campus. Shift: 2nd shift – Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am. Great starting pay with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly.
• Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly.
• Able to climb stairs.
