Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Kansas City, MO is hiring Shipping/Distribution Team Members to ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires dependable attendance, basic math, and the ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs.

The position operates on 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:30pm) with mandatory overtime during peak times. The job offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, longevity

Qualifications

This position is located in Kansas City, Missouri - and is a NON-SMOKING campus

Shift: 1st shift – Monday - Thursday 5:00am -3:30pm (Mandatory OT at Peak Times twice a month would include Fri & Sat same times)
