Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Product Delivery Line Coordinator to supervise, oversee, and train associates in the production department in Kansas City, MO on a non-smoking campus. The role is full-time with a Monday–Thursday shift from 3:30pm to 2:00am, and mandatory overtime at peak times (Fri & Sat may be included).

Responsibilities

• Completes/audits job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensures GMPs, SOPs, safety policies and company policies are followed.
• Conducts daily safety trainings and maintains records.
• Maintains training and attendance records.
• Oversees product deficiencies to maintain quality.
• Manages supplies and maintains a neat work area.
• Directs daily duties and assigns tasks to associates.
• Performs payroll timecard tracking with Kronos.
• Communicates policy changes to associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists in New Employee training.
• Mechanical aptitude.
