Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Owner/Delivery Lead in Austin, TX to own the Customization product backlog, define the strategy, and partner with stakeholders to drive value across digital platforms.

You will act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure predictable delivery while aligning with business priorities and engineering plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles.
  • Experience of managing Agile software delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Strategy


  • Own and manage the Customization product backlog.

  • Partner with business leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.

  • Translate strategic business objectives into technology initiatives and user stories.

  • Prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical complexity.

  • Defining and communicating product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.


Agile Delivery Leadership


  • Serve as Scrum Master for Customization delivery teams.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Track sprint progress and remove delivery impediments.

  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure teams maintain healthy sprint velocity and predictable delivery.

  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and release readiness.


Business Systems Analysis


  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Create process flows, use cases, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.

  • Partner with architects and engineers to validate solution designs.

  • Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.

  • Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, and solution validation.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Collaborate with: Product Customization Operations, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, QA Teams, Third-Party Technology Partners

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines.

  • Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.


Operational Excellence


  • Monitor platform performance and operational KPIs.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Drive process automation and system optimization initiatives.

  • Support incident triage and post-incident review activities.

  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.


What You Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles.

  • Experience of managing Agile software delivery teams.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.


Preferred Experience


  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

  • Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

  • SAFe Agile Certification

  • Experience supporting: eCommerce Platforms, Product Configuration Solutions, Manufacturing Systems, ERP Integrations, Digital Customer Experiences
