Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions is seeking a hands-on technical professional to help engineering teams maximize value from their product delivery tools, automate workflows, and confidently adopt AI.

You will work across technology, engineering enablement, and AI to optimize tool usage (Jira, GitHub, Figma, Planview, ServiceNow), build integrations, automate processes, coach teams, and advance AI upskilling through workshops and enablement programs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, Planview, Figma or similar platforms.
• Experience building workflow automations using APIs, webhooks, GitHub Actions, Power Automate, Azure Functions.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and engineering practices.
• Experience coaching or enabling engineering teams.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies, including AI solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve the product delivery toolchain, including Jira, GitHub, Figma, Planview, ServiceNow, and emerging AI platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise platforms using APIs and other integration methods.
• Develop workflow automations using APIs, webhooks, GitHub Actions, Power Automate, Azure Functions, or similar technologies.
• Look for opportunities to eliminate manual processes and make engineering and product workflows more efficient.
• Work with engineering and product teams to understand their challenges and recommend practical technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical coach and mentor, helping teams adopt new tools, technologies, and development practices.
• Help engineering teams understand and effectively use AI tools and platforms.
• Develop and support AI‑upskilling initiatives, workshops, training, and enablement programs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance that teams can easily understand and apply.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, automation technologies, developer tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive adoption and measure the impact of new tools and solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A practical, hands‑on approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies.
