Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a Product Data Technician to structure and maintain master data across the product lifecycle. The role analyzes data from engineering drawings and uses input from marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics to update Bills of Materials and routings.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment. Office furniture knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years related work experience
• Office furniture or product data experience preferred
• Analytical and mathematical aptitude required

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned Product lines; review drawing and ECN/ECO to determine changes
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to ensure order process issues are resolved
• Communicate proactively to clarify master data requirements and proposed solutions
• Work with Procurement and Planning to create purchased parts as specified in ECN/ECO
• Work with Operations to create and input manufacturing and procurement routings and bills of material
• Act as integral member of Product Data team; manage multiple assignments and communicate progress
