Job summary
Element Solutions is seeking a Product Data Management Specialist to oversee accuracy, governance, and lifecycle management of product and material master data across global systems. You will partner with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT to support standardized master data structures and regulatory compliance.
The role focuses on maintaining data quality, supporting data migration, and ensuring compliance with REACH, CLP, GHS, and related standards while enabling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years in Product Data Management, Master Data Management, or Material Master Data Management.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing and global organizations.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain item master data per defined standards and governance.
- Manage product attributes, classifications, and hierarchies.
- Maintain technical specifications, descriptions, and product characteristics.
- Ensure data quality via reviews, validations, and audits.
- Support data migration, cleansing, harmonization, and standardization initiatives.
- Support data governance, KPIs, and audits.
