Job summary

Leer Inc, a leading manufacturer of temperature-controlled retail equipment, seeks a Product Data and Compliance Systems Specialist. You will manage product data integrity, lifecycle control, and regulatory documentation across ERP and PLM systems.

You will coordinate engineering changes, certifications, and compliance records while ensuring auditable documentation and cross-functional alignment with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5+ years of experience in product data management, engineering coordination, regulatory documentation, or manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP, PDM, or PLM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage product data integrity, lifecycle control, and revision traceability across ERP, PDM, and related systems.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Management workflows, approvals, and release control with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product certification activities, regulatory filings, testing, approvals, renewals, and documentation.
• Maintain auditable records of product configurations, engineering changes, certifications, and compliance decisions.
• Serve as central coordinator for data, change control, and compliance processes across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain.
