Steelcase is seeking a temporary Product Data associate in Grand Rapids to support data organization and loading in SAP/MDM environments. The assignment runs up to 12 months and is paid through myBasePay, with benefits via myBasePay.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in an analytical field, strong English, Excel proficiency, and 2–5 years of ERP experience. Authorized US work status is required.

Steelcase is seeking a temporary employee for an assignment of up to 12 months on our Product Data team. The successful candidate will be employed and paid by myBasePay and will work in support of Steelcase. Compensation will range from $28–$32 per hour, as determined by myBasePay. Benefit eligibility and employment-related programs will be provided through myBasePay.

You’ll Support Meaningful Work By

• Engaging with Project Consultants to analyze, organize, and load product information with precision and accuracy in SAP and MDM environments.
• Identifying, designing, validating, and documenting new technologies, techniques, and processes to improve Product Data effectiveness and productivity.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues to report and share best practices on SAP technologies and Product Data implementations using Agile/Kanban workflows.
• Supporting product launches and ongoing maintenance activities by ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining high-quality product information that supports ordering, pricing, manufacturing, and distribution activities across Steelcase.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (such as supply chain, information systems, finance, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, with strong skills in Excel
• 2–5 years of experience working in or with a business ERP system
