SupportFinity™ is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to analyze customer behavior and improve business outcomes through data insights.

Your responsibilities will include establishing reporting metrics, analyzing usage patterns, and supporting product decisions. A strong background in SQL and business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau, is essential. This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment.
