  • Serve as a resource for questions involving rating and product documentation, translating complex information for both technical and business audiences.
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve analysis, documentation, and efficiency while maintaining sound professional judgment.
Requirements
What you will bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, insurance, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Typically, five or more years of experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, business analysis, compliance, operations, or a related function.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, business intelligence applications, or data visualization techniques to analyze and communicate information.
  • Experience supporting product, system, or business changes through requirements, documentation, testing, validation, or implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, business curiosity, and the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences.
  • Property and casualty insurance, rating, underwriting, regulatory, or product experience is preferred. Progress toward CPCU or another relevant insurance designation is also preferred.
