Insurance products affect the experience of our members, the work of our agency partners, and the performance of our business. This role sits at the connection point between data, product strategy, regulatory requirements, systems, and day-to-day execution. Your work will help Indiana Farmers make informed product decisions, improve implementation quality, and deliver changes accurately and on time.
You will be successful by producing accurate, useful analysis; following work through to completion; asking thoughtful questions; and building effective partnerships across the company. The role requires someone who can work comfortably with detailed information while keeping sight of the member, agency, and business impact.

Reports to: Team Leader, Product Management
Work environment: Remote, with periodic in-office presence based on business needs. Candidates should ideally reside in one of the 18 states where Indiana Farmers Insurance operates: Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, or Wisconsin.
Additional considerations: Occasional extended hours may be needed for product implementations, regulatory filings, or business initiatives. Limited travel may be required.
