Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Senior Product Analyst to conduct data-driven research for personal lines insurance programs and coordinate cross-functionally with IT and other departments. You will monitor product performance and guide pricing changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and strategic planning to align with executives’ goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with pricing concepts, and a proven ability to secure buy-in.

Job Summary

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred.

Experience Requirements

Four years experience in similar role or one year in Senior Product Analyst role.

Physical Actions

Job is performed in-person at a Farmers office or virtually at an approved alternative work location. The physical work environment is indoors and climate-controlled with adequate lighting and ventilation. Normal and customary distractions include background noise produced by office equipment and chatter among people, as well as interruptions. Frequently sits for prolonged periods of time, up to a full shift. Occasionally moves about the workplace including, navigating stairs, ramps, and level or uneven surfaces. Physical Environment
