Qualifications

• JD/LL.B. or equivalent degree required.
• Admitted to the bar in the state's jurisdiction or authorized to practice law.
• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Experience advising on product compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on compliance/regulatory issues and business needs.
• Help solve policy, AI, privacy, IP, licensing and security issues.
• Advise on global regulatory compliance during international expansion or product launches.
• Support commercial legal and sales teams on high-value negotiations.
