• 5+ years of legal experience in a top firm or company.
• Experience with both hardware and software.
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop product legal strategy across all products.
• Go-to counsel for marketing, product, and software engineering.
• Build relationships across the org from software engineers to execs.
• Identify risk areas and propose smart, creative solutions.
