Job summary

JPW Industries seeks a Content Strategy Lead to shape a unified content vision across six brands including SEO and AI-powered discovery. You will build and manage a content roadmap, define audience targets, and integrate product training into sales enablement.

You will lead two Product Trainers, oversee content delivery for launches, and ensure scalable content across websites, tools, and distributor platforms. A strong background in industrial markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in content strategy, content operations, product marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in technical or industrial markets.
• Experience leading and developing teams (2+ years).
• Understanding of SEO, AI-powered discovery (AEO/GEO), and structured content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy across all JPW brands, including SEO and AI-powered discovery.
• Identify content gaps, define target audiences, and choose formats and channels for maximum reach.
• Define how content is organized, managed, and delivered across channels and systems.
• Lead and develop two Product Trainers into technical content creators.
• Oversee delivery of the roadmap and training aligned with launches.
