Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Product Configuration Business Analyst (Modeler) to translate customer design choices into production-ready window coverings, collaborating across product management, engineering, IT, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with rule-based configuration systems, data mapping, and structured data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated analytical ability.
• Ability to interpret product specifications, BOM structures, and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product configuration models using internal tools.
• Translate requirements into rules, validations, and option logic.
• Configure model options, families, select tables, matrices, and dependent attributes.
• Maintain dynamic SKU logic aligned with product strategy.
• Document configuration rules and change logs.
