Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for Regulatory & Compliance within Enterprise Operations & Risk in the United States. This role focuses on leading remediation and transformation of regulatory reporting, translating evolving regulations into governance, and partnering with product and legal teams to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, manage risk assessments and regulatory filings, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Business Management, or Public Policy.
• 6+ years of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications or consulting in regulatory areas.
• Experience leading client engagement workstreams or teams.
• Experience developing client deliverables and remediation plans.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into governance and controls.
• Assess reporting processes and data flows with stakeholders to support compliance.
• Manage project workstreams and compliance activities including audits and inquiries.
• Develop analyses and recommendations; deliver training on regulatory obligations.
