Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Product Test & Certification Engineer to join the Stoves Business Unit in Halifax, PA. This role leads emissions, performance, safety, and compliance testing for stove products and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant offerings.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, analyzing results, and coordinating with third-party testing agencies for certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, testing, compliance, or related engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead emissions, performance, safety, and compliance testing for stove products.
• Develop and execute test plans supporting product development, certification, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze test results and provide engineering recommendations to improve performance and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant products.
• Support certification activities through technical documentation and third-party coordination.
• Serve as a compliance and testing subject matter expert throughout the lifecycle.
