Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to support its consumer banking, credit card, and money services products. You will work with Product, Operations, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory requirements into product design and customer experiences.

The role demands 5–7 years of experience and strong knowledge of Reg Z/E, FCRA, ECOA/Reg B, with a focus on risk management and regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of compliance experience with consumer banking or regulated financial products.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation Z, Regulation E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA/Reg B.
• Experience reviewing marketing materials and product launches for compliance.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance guidance on new products, features, and processes.
• Review marketing, communications, and disclosures for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory agencies and escalated complaints.
• Perform QA reviews of Reg Z and Reg E disputes for compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsor banks and third parties.
• Develop, maintain, and train on compliance policies and procedures.
• Support internal audits, sponsor bank reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering.
