Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to own end-to-end analytics for EC2 + Networking product areas — building ETL pipelines, dashboards, and executive reports that drive product roadmaps for services used by millions of AWS customers worldwide.

You will monitor 200+ data pipelines, develop metrics, and deliver insights with SQL, Python, and BI tools, enabling executive decision-making across EC2, Networking, and Compute domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL with large-scale data warehouses (Redshift, Spark, or equivalent).
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, R, or Java) for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Experience designing and publishing BI dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• ETL monitoring & pipeline operations for 200+ data pipelines.
• Deliver executive reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Generate callouts on service performance and trends.
• Ingest new data sources and build business metrics.
