Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years post high school education in area of specialization.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Computer and service knowledge.
• Experience in a team environment.
• Experience with problem tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product validation testing under supervision.
• Execute test scenarios to identify defects with supervision.
• Report defects in the tracking system and follow to resolution.
• Provide technical support to internal customers.
• Complete assigned tasks under supervision from senior specialists, a Team Lead, or Management.
• Participate in ISO on-the-job training.
• Provide task completion time estimates.
• Familiarize with tools and applications used by the department.
• Learn department and corporate policies and plans.
• Schedule and attend identified training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
