Job summary

OmniMax International, a leading North American building products manufacturer, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a full-time Product Assembly professional. You will read blueprints, operate equipment, perform basic repairs, and collaborate with Materials Handlers to ensure a smooth parts flow.

The role requires being detail-oriented, a team player, and adhering to health and safety regulations. You will work in a fast-paced production environment and contribute to quality and efficiency on the

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and consistent, able to follow instructions.
• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Capable of basic equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Basic math/reading/writing in English required.
• Understanding of production procedures and workflows.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for assembly.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations, including protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, to help build to those specifications.
• Operate various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Perform basic repairs when needed.
• Coordinate with Materials Handlers for inventory tools, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure product quality and identify problems, informing Leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

Duties And Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, to help build to those specifications.
• Using various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Performing basic repairs when needed.
• Contacting Materials Handlers if inventory tools, parts, and supplies are needed.
• Ensuring product quality to help resolve and identify problems and alert Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Any other duties assigned by Leadership.
