Sibelco is seeking a Product & Application Manager – Technology & Innovation in Spruce Pine, NC. You will oversee product and application development for semiconductor and related markets, leading a team of scientists, chemists, engineers, and technicians while managing R&D infrastructure.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (PhD preferred) and 2–5 years of product/applications development experience.

Formación

• In-depth technical understanding of AI, semiconductor, data center, optical fiber, and related industries.
• Master’s degree in Science (Engineering, Chemistry, Materials) required; PhD preferred.
• Experience leading product/applications development projects is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product and application development projects across stages of maturity.
• Manage day-to-day resources, equipment, and team.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Align product goals with overall business objectives.
• Oversee design and development of new products; monitor performance and gather feedback.
