Job summary

Compri Consulting seeks a Product Application Engineering Manager (ReRAM / NVM Solutions) for a direct hire, onsite role in Scottsdale, Arizona. You will bridge customer requirements with silicon development, owning product specs and driving differentiated, application-ready solutions.

You will lead design-ins, create reference designs, and collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in applications engineering or product definition, preferably EEPROM/ReRAM/NVM.
• Strong knowledge of memory architectures, I²C/SPI interfaces, and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

It bridges end-application requirements and silicon development, owning product requirements and driving differentiated, application-ready solutions. Responsibilities include defining product specs and datasheets from customer needs, creating reference designs and evaluation boards, serving as the primary technical interface for key customers, supporting design-ins, and collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical/computer engineering (or related)
• 7+ years in applications engineering or product definition (preferably EEPROM/ReRAM/NVM)
• Strong knowledge of memory architectures, I²C/SPI interfaces, and embedded systems
• Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Preferred: automotive, industrial, or telecom experience.
