Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager for Product Applications Engineering focused on ReRAM/NVM solutions. You will lead system definition, customer adoption, and product shaping, bridging customer requirements with silicon development.

Responsibilities include defining product specs, supporting reference designs, driving design-in, and developing technical docs. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years in applications engineering or product definition with EEPROM/ReRAM or other NVM tech.
• Strong memory architectures knowledge; interfaces (I2C/SPI); embedded systems.
• Circuit design, PCB layout, and mixed-signal concepts understanding.
• Excellent communication for customer-facing interactions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop product requirements for ReRAM/NVM solutions.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and test teams to align features with market needs.
• Quantify system-level value (latency, endurance, power, integration).
• Support evaluation boards, reference designs, and solution kits for new product introductions.
• Serve as primary technical interface for key customers and strategic opportunities.
• Drive design-in success and issue resolution.
• Create technical documentation, application notes, and training materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and FAEs on positioning and differentiation.
