Product and Manufacturing Test Engineering Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Detroit, MI): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Product and Manufacturing Test Engineering Associate Manager in Detroit, MI, and the job duties are as follows:

  1. Plan, construct, and execute test scripts using quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or clients.
  2. Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
  3. Create test models (plans, data, and scripts), including test data.
  4. Execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality testing, and usability testing.
  5. Review the development process to ensure defect tracking (identification, fixing, re-testing, and migration of defects) is properly addressed.
  6. Understand strategic direction set by senior management, and implement methods and procedures set by management.
  7. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in systems engineering.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Planning and executing testing activities;
    • Performing end-to-end testing for connected features including Mobile App, Cloud, and Vehicle;
    • Performing Integration and End of Line testing;
    • Working with multiple component teams to resolve issues;
    • Updating software for Electronic Control Units;
    • Performing System Defect Management; and
    • Conducting test automation using test automation tools, including Selenium and Agile Methodology.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
