Job summary

Sentry seeks a Product & Compliance Analyst to support state insurance products, communicate product availability, and drive improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze markets and trends, and ensure regulatory alignment in a hybrid role in Stevens Point, WI or Edwardsville, IL.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, Excel proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Prior insurance background preferred.
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and trends and clearly communicate their results.
• Insurance coursework such as CPCU, AINS or ARM is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills are essential.

As a Product & Compliance Analyst, you’ll leverage your organizational and interpersonal skills to affect operations within lines of business and ensuring corporate compliance.

We’re currently seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join our commercial lines team as a Product & Compliance Analyst to support the needs of our business stakeholders effectively and efficiently.

This position will be filled at either our office in Stevens Point, WI or our office in Edwardsville, IL in a hybrid work model. Monday and Friday work from home if you choose, Tuesday through Thursday required to be in office.

For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.

What You'll Do

There are three major roles you’ll support as a Product & Compliance Analyst: supporting state insurance products for Sentry’s business products niches, communicating implementation and availability of new or enhanced products, and participating in projects focused on key improvement initiatives.

Based on experience and qualifications, the pay range for this position is: $56,200-$84,400 annually.
