Job summary

The Hartford is offering a Student Intern - HHSIAN program in Hartford, CT. This 10–11 week internship focuses on developing leadership and functional skills across Product Development, Business Intelligence, pricing, and state product management.

You will join a hybrid team with 3 days in the office, engaging in coaching, mentoring, and a capstone project with peers, while exploring early career opportunities for future full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Students expected to graduate between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 with a bachelor’s degree and GPA of 3.0 or higher at graduation.
• Demonstrate high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, change agility, and teamwork skills.
• Leadership experience outside of the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure in Product Development, Line of Business Management, Business Intelligence, Distribution Channel Analytics, Pricing and State Product Management.
• Participate in Capstone team projects with other interns and present findings.
• Develop core corporate skills through formal and experiential learning, volunteering, and networking.
