Nous Research seeks a Product Analytics Engineer to own measurement systems for Hermes Agent, building instrumentation, event pipelines, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks that drive activation, engagement, and retention.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Support, and Leadership to translate behavioral insights into concrete product improvements, combining quantitative and qualitative feedback to guide strategy.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Analytics or related technical role.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills.
• Experience implementing analytics instrumentation across client apps and backend systems.
• Familiar with modern analytics platforms (PostHog/Amplitude/Mixpanel) and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own product analytics end-to-end from instrumentation to product recommendations.
• Define and maintain a consistent event taxonomy and metrics layer.
• Implement analytics instrumentation across desktop, mobile, web, CLI, backend, and integrations.
• Build data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems for clear product insights.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, churn, and paths to identify friction points.
