Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Scientist in Product Analytics to shape data-driven strategies for billions of users and hundreds of millions of businesses. You will leverage large, complex datasets, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, and influence product roadmaps with insights.

Responsibilities include applying statistical methods, experimentation, and data mining to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years analytics experience (4+ years with a PhD)
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R

Responsibilities

• Work with large and complex data sets to solve problems using analytical and statistical approaches
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data presentation to inform product strategies
• Identify and measure success of product efforts through goals, forecasting, and monitoring metrics
• Define opportunities and levers to improve the product and drive roadmaps through insights
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform and execute product strategy
