Job summary

TheProduct Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring our internal teams and customers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to maximize product adoption and success. This position bridges the gap between product development and customer support by supporting enablement strategies, managing knowledge resources, and facilitatingclear communication channels.

The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
