Well Trust You To:
Analyze employee usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and productivity impacts across Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify high-impact initiatives by combining user feedback with telemetry data
Support internal user research efforts, including interviews, shadowing, and usage observations, to uncover workflow challenges and collaboration friction points
Work with Engineering and Vendor Management to evaluate feature gaps, licensing costs, and roadmap alignment across platforms
Help define and track key product metrics and operational KPIs, including usage adoption, system performance, and user-reported pain points
Assist with pilot programs, feature experiments, and change rollouts, helping to monitor early adoption trends and gather structured feedback
Draft clear documentation including user personas, JTBD (Jobs to Be Done), adoption insights, and impact assessments
Coordinate with internal teams for change readiness, documentation, and internal communications around tool upgrades and new capabilities
Support efforts to ensure interoperability between collaboration platforms and internal systems, such as identity, calendaring, and compliance frameworks
Youll Need to Have:
3+ years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or technical analyst role, preferably supporting internal enterprise SaaS platforms
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from telemetry, support data, and user feedback
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Zoom, Slack, or ChatGPT
Experience administering or configuring features and capabilities on platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or ChatGPT, including roles, permissions, integrations, or policy settings
Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify issues, and share product updates
Experience with documenting internal workflows, user needs, and system interdependencies
Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau for usage analysis and reporting
Understanding of Agile delivery methods and experience supporting product teams in backlog grooming and user story creation
Wed Love to See:
Experience managing SaaS collaboration tools in large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs, M365 Admin Center, or similar platforms
Understanding of identity management, compliance, or data retention policies related to SaaS tools
Experience with creating internal communication or training materials to support tool adoption
Demonstrated curiosity about generative AI tools and their application to workplace productivity
Salary Range = 125000 - 160000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company\'s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
