Job summary

Basys is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Product Management team by identifying and resolving merchant and partner issues, and by coordinating knowledge transfer for product updates.

This hybrid role involves documenting feature changes, training materials, vendor communications, and sprint participation to drive quality and clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of business analysis, customer support, or product documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of payment processing, software support, or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CRM and Q&A channels to identify patterns in issues and inquiries.
• Assist Product Owners in documenting feature changes and creating training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure issues and feature requests are understood and resolved.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Demos).
• Lead or support Customer Experience meetings to explain new functionality.
• Aggregate user feedback and document findings for the Product Owner.
• Provide first-line support to identify defects vs training gaps.
