Job description

Product Analyst III with Interconnection Management System (IMS)
Experience with workflow configuration/administration is essential

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days onsite

Contract: Through the remainder of 2026, with potential for continued opportunities based on business needs

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the development and ongoing maintenance of the Interconnection Management System (IMS).

This role will primarily focus on Net Metering processes across the Carolinas, Florida, and Midwest.

The team is currently in the final year of a major initiative to replace the existing IMS across all six regulated jurisdictions with PowerClerk, a vendor platform. The Product Analyst will support the project through the remainder of 2026 and, as the implementation wraps up, transition into production support focused on platform configuration, enterprise integrations, and issue resolution.
