Job summary

Aspida Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Product Analyst to shape and deliver digital products for annuity and life-insurance platforms. You will partner with product managers, tech teams, designers, and operations to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, supporting Agile delivery from discovery through release.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.
Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Comfort facilitating interviews, workshops, and requirements clarification sessions.
Ability to translate business needs into engineering-ready specifications.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and refine requirements for digital products and platform capabilities.
Create clear documentation: BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, and logs.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and delivery planning as needed.
Collaborate with product, technology, design, QA, and vendor teams to clarify requirements.
Support UAT and ensure delivered functionality meets needs.
