• Analyze the game economy, balance, player behavior, and other game product metrics;
• Ensure decision-making processes that support sustainable long-term product development;
• Develop player segmentation to adapt gameplay to the user experience;
• Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and recommend game changes within the product team;
• Organize the collection and automated processing of game data;
• Develop dashboards for recurring reports;
• Participate in preparing and conducting A/B tests.

Требования

• Have a strong mathematical background, including probability theory and applied statistics at the level of a technical university graduate;
• Have experience in data analysis and product or marketing analytics;
• Have excellent SQL knowledge and practical experience;
• Have experience working with Python;
• Take a business-oriented approach and find practical solutions within limited time;
• Avoid unnecessary complexity where it is not needed;
• Be proactive and willing to take responsibility for results;
