Job summary

WORLDPAY, LLC is seeking a Product Analyst I to join the MPX & Product Enablement team. You will translate business problems into features, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders and trains to deliver value across the customer servicing experience.

You will help define acceptance criteria, review demos, and participate in PI planning across multiple teams to drive market-ready product improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in problem solving and time management with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to understand business problems and convert them into Features in SAFe Agile Service Excellence Train.
• Articulate product vision and features clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
• Prioritize and manage Feature backlog and train backlog based on value data metrics.
• Establish feature acceptance criteria and refine features with Stakeholders and teams.
• Review demos to ensure product changes meet acceptance criteria.
• Create PI release plans with input from stakeholders and run support teams.

Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely with stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product Domains, UX, engineering, archtiecture, Business Unites, Operations and marketing/Communications. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location.
