Job Title: Product Analyst (Discovery) • Location: Fully remote - United States • Job Type: Full-time • Compensation: $72,000 to $95,000 annually

About You

We’re looking for a Product Analyst (Discovery) who thrives on uncovering and clarifying user needs. You’ll own the top of the ticket — gathering user stories, defining problem statements, and documenting requirements across all user types (clinicians, admins, caregivers, Customer Success, Sales).

This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented. You’ll spend your time listening, synthesizing, and ensuring stories reach design and engineering crisp, validated, and ready to move. You’ll support delivery when needed, but your primary focus is making sure our product team has the right information at the right time.

We’re especially looking for someone who is curious and adaptable — eager to learn the Hi Rasmus platform deeply, get to know the people across our organization, and connect the dots between user challenges and product opportunities. Your work will ensure we build features that truly matter for clinicians and families.

What You’ll Do
  • Discovery & Requirements Gathering – Conduct interviews with users, Customer Success, and Sales to capture workflows, pain points, and opportunities across personas.
  • Problem Definition – Translate insights into structured problem statements, user stories, and requirements that set the stage for prioritization.
  • Top-of-Ticket Ownership – Own the intake and refinement of ideas in Jira Product Discovery (or similar), ensuring they’re validated and clear before handoff.
  • Prioritization Inputs – Synthesize objective data (ARR impact, usage frequency, urgency, clinical value, technical feasibility) to support roadmap planning.
  • Collaboration & Handoff – Support Technical Product Analyst on bottom-of-ticket work (acceptance criteria, QA prep, documentation) when needed, ensuring smooth flow from discovery to delivery.
  • Knowledge Hub – Act as the go-to resource for “what do our users need and why?” across the product team so Design, Engineering, and QA are brought in with clarity, not questions.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in product discovery, product analyst, or SaaS product roles.
  • Proven ability to conduct stakeholder/user interviews and synthesize insights into actionable requirements.
  • Strong writing skills for user stories, requirements, and problem statements.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, or similar tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, comfortable working with clinicians, admins, CS, and Sales.
  • Curiosity and adaptability - eager to learn Hi Rasmus and ABA workflows on the job.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in healthcare tech, practice management platforms, or regulated SaaS.
  • Exposure to UX or user research methods.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and compliance (HIPAA, WCAG).
Perks & Benefits You'll Love
  • Health & Wellness: 100% covered health, dental, and vision premium for employee-only standard plan (family can join too, with a variable cost)
  • Employer Sponsored Short-Term Disability Coverage
  • Employer Sponsored Life Insurance
  • Optional group benefits: AD&D, long-term disability
  • Participation in a 401k plan through Empower
  • Growth & Development: Professional development opportunities
  • Room for growth within the company
  • Time Off to Recharge: Paid Time Off: 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, 7 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays for ultimate flexibility
  • Parental Leave: All Parents/Caregivers: 6 weeks fully paid; Birthing Parents: Up to 14 weeks paid
  • Work Style: Fully remote and flexible work environment—work from wherever feels right!
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Autism healthcare space
