Product Analyst (Commercial P&C) (Remote)

Position Overview

Amerisure is recruiting for a Product Analyst to join our team. This position can be remote from most locations in the U.S. The role involves supporting product planning, development, and maintenance to enhance expertise in target markets, analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and environmental factors, and reporting product performance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support coverage design of new products and endorsements.
  • Develop knowledge of contract and form language used in Commercial Lines products, comparing with competitors.
  • Assist in capturing and documenting business requirements, collaborating with IT and other departments.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform product strategies.
  • Evaluate product portfolio against the competitive landscape and market needs.
  • Review and analyze circulars for product updates, including rules and forms.
  • Support training content development and coordinate with underwriting and training teams.
  • Report on product performance using key performance indicators.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Assist in designing procedures for new Policy Administration systems.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related experience.
  • At least 3 years of coverage analysis experience in insurance or similar role.
  • CPCU or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
