Job summary

Akaasa Technologies seeks a Product Analyst to join the Client Data Platform (CDP) Technology team in New York City. The role acts as a liaison between Business, Production Management, and Development to ensure CDP and Salesforce stability and ongoing improvement.

The ideal candidate combines production management, business analysis, data analysis, stakeholder management, and Salesforce/CRM experience, with hands-on Tableau/Snowflake/SQL/Python skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Production Management, Business Analysis, CRM Technology, Application Support, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or comparable data analysis tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, and production support.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
