Momento USA LLC is seeking a versatile Consultant for a 12-month remote engagement. The role centers on designing and delivering training for digital channel operations around Jack Henry platforms.

You will map data flows, create training matrices, and deliver sessions for the L0–L3 support tiers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product analytics experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to write clear documentation.

• 5+ years of relevant product analyst experience.
• Experience in data mapping across systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• Strong team player and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Design & define training framework for digital channel operations teams.
• Define training documents for new digital channel operations team.
• Define a training matrix structure for L0-L3 tiered support across Jack Henry & 3rd party applications and their scope of service.
• Execute training for operations team members (L1-L3 levels).
• Guide users on self-service capabilities for L0 level support.

Work Experience

• 5+ years of relevant product analyst experience (required)


• Experience in data mapping across systems


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills


• Strong team player


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Proven experience in Jack Henry Core Banking platform (New Digital Core)


• Proven experience in Jack Henry Banno (front end) & Open Anywhere (Onboarding application)


• Design & define training framework for digital channel operations teams


• Define training documents for new digital channel operations team


• Define a training matrix structure for L0-L3 tiered support across Jack Henry & 3rd party applications and their scope of service


• Execute training for operations team members (L1-L3 levels)


• Guide users on self-service capabilities for L0 level support
