Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote Product Reviewer for AI Web Application Specifications. You will evaluate model outputs against a versioned rubric, assign severity tags, and provide structured feedback for retraining the model.

You will compare paired responses, label hallucinations and safety issues, and document recurring failure modes to help improve future iterations. This is a contract role with US eligibility for remote work and requires reliable weekly availability.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating product AI web application specifications evaluation or related content.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag when a prompt is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs against the rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples.
• Document recurring failure modes for model training improvements.
