Construction Resources is seeking a Product Advisor to guide clients through decorative plumbing and appliance selections in our design centers, ensuring compatibility, complete documentation, and rapid quote initiation.

The role centers on decorative plumbing and appliances, working with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales to boost conversion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in decorative plumbing sales experience.
• Five+ years in whole home interior finish selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth consultations focused on CR brands of decorative plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Translate design intent to guide product selections aligned with scope, budget, construction constraints and ideal performance.
• Prepare estimates and hard quotes for decorative plumbing and appliances.
• Deliver quotes within 48 hours of the client visit.
• Collaborate with Design Center Coordinators to ensure clear handoffs between conversations.

Position Summary

The Product Advisor(DecorativePlumbing & Appliances)is responsible forguidingdesign centerclients throughdecorative plumbingand appliance selectionswith confidence, precisionand a strong understanding of functional requirements and design intent. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional showroom experience, ensuringdecorativeplumbing and appliance selections arecompatible, complete, accurately documented, andinitiatingthe quote process with speed and clarity.

Product Advisors work across multiple product categories, with acore emphasis ondecorativeplumbingandappliancesand partner closely with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales to drive conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Client Consultation

• Lead in-depth consultations focused onall CR brands ofdecorativeplumbing fixturesand appliances

• Translate design intentand guide clientsinproductselectionsthat align with project scope, budget, constructionconstraintsand ideal performance

• Identifyopportunities to upsell within plumbingand appliancesand recommend complementary products

CRM & Quote Management

• Accurately record all plumbing and appliance-related selections inCRM

• Prepare estimates andhardquotes fordecorativeplumbingandappliances

• Submit complete, clearly documented selections to Outside Sales for complex quotesupport

• Deliver all applicable quotes within48 hoursof the client visit

Collaboration & Client Flow

• Partner with Design Center Coordinators to managetheclientshowroom journeyand ensureclear handoffs between design,decorativeplumbing, and appliance conversations

• Support Project Coordinators withcross categoryrecommendations

Sales Support & Upselling

• Proactivelyidentifyopportunities toupgradeselections

• Ensure selections align withclient preferences and needs

• Reinforce the value ofproductselections througheducation and confidence-building

• Support the broader sales team in driving conversion and delivering ahigh‑qualityclient experience

Success Expectations

• Client Confidence & Satisfaction:Clients feel informed, confident, and supported indecorativeplumbing and appliance-related selections.

• Speed & Accuracy:Estimates andquotes are delivered within48 hourswhen applicable; CRM records are complete, precise, and install-ready.

• Expert Plumbingand ApplianceGuidance:Advisorsdemonstratemastery ofdecorativeplumbing systemsand appliances, compatibility, andend userapplication—not just aesthetics.

• Cross FunctionalCollaboration:Clear, seamless communication with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales.

• Results:Strong conversion from selection toquote,information provided to the client isaccurateand free from missing or incorrect information, and positive feedback from clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

Candidates must have aminimum of two years in decorative plumbing salesexperience orfive plus years whole home interior finish selectionexperience.
